Intro
Hi! My name is Bálint Mesterházy, but here you can just call me Coach B. I am a player for the Castleton Spartans, competing in the NCAA Division 3. I have had countless skill practices as a player and quite a few as a coach already too. With the help of some of my teammates we want to pass on this knowledge to you. In these practices you will learn the most important aspects of the game:
- The basics of skating and mastering your edges
- Handling the puck with confidence
- Shooting to score
- Playing in different game situations
